Postpartum Doula

 

Having a postpartum doula gives you the comfort of knowing someone is always there to help. As your doula I will make sure that both mother and child are cared for. By reducing the stress and exhaustion that so many mothers face after birth, you are free to enjoy your new baby with added confidence in your parenting abilities. 

 

A postpartum doula’s role changes from day-to-day as the needs of the family change. Below are some of the duties that our doulas assist with:
